shared field

presence and space holding

This is a place for your soul to reconnect with its essence. I offer you my yin field for you to recalibrate toward your most authentic expression. Within yin energy everything is allowed to just BE. Pure being supports healing of fragmentation by its very nature. Within the shared field the soul is invited to restore its living wisdom.

There is no specific outline for these sessions; this is a safe space where all is welcome. The session is guided by divine intelligence and whatever naturally arises, is exactly what’s meant to be. We can talk, express, laugh, cry, wonder, sit in silence. Emotions, energies, visions, insights, clarity, questions, fears, blockages, release, or profound stillness may arise. You are encouraged to express yourself and anything within you in whatever way feels most natural in the moment.

Our intention is to align and embrace unintegrated parts of your being. Deep presence and space holding allows for the soul and psyche to heal naturally. Pure presence and stillness is where everything that’s out of alignment falls away. BE-ing is beyond the control of the mind. It is profound surrender and acceptance. Yin energy allows and embraces that what is.

Occasionally it may happen that we spend the entire session in silence. Stillness holds immense healing power when infused with deep presence. Trust that what arises—whether words or quiet—serves your highest unfolding. Silence becomes a mirror for your inner landscape. It allows what’s unspoken to arise naturally, without distraction or external direction.

This is a safe container for healing, allowing you to integrate at your own pace. I just am, remaining fully attuned to your energy, amplifying and reflecting that what is. Within the shared field your system can recalibrate and move closer to your most authentic expression.

The nervous system heals at its own pace. Transformation is a gradual process. Healing requires awareness, acknowledgement, and integration. We have to feel to heal everything within us.

yin

Yin is the primordial womb of existence, the silent, boundless depth that holds all potential before form takes shape. It is the vast, unseen current that nourishes, dissolves, and restores. Where yang moves outward, yin draws inward, magnetizing what has been lost, forgotten, or cast aside. Through its receptive nature it integrates what has been disowned, pulling fragmented aspects of self back into wholeness. It is not passive; it is an open vessel through which creation develops, ripens, and transforms. In its stillness, all things find their way home and flourish.
