Rescheduling

​

Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Within the last 24 hours, rescheduling or cancellations are not possible. If you do not show up for your session, there will be no refund or replacement.

 

If I need to reschedule for any reason, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer a new time and date.​

Medical non-liability

​

You are willing to be guided through relaxation, visual imagery, hypnosis, and/or stress reduction techniques. You are aware that these modalities are non-medical in nature. All my services are created to support your soul's evolution, but they are not substitutes and not to be relied on for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a professional health practitioner if you have concerns about your health.

Results & Your Responsibility on the Outcome

 

You understand that the outcome of the session is completely your own responsibility. You understand that all healing is self healing and I am only a facilitator in the process of helping you to come into greater alignment with your own soul. It is your responsibility to be open and honest, provide accurate feedback, and be forthcoming with details and information that may help you achieve your desired outcomes.

You understand that the session is not the be-all and end-all of your healing journey and that true transformation takes consistent effort, integration, and change. Processing and integrating the information received in a session is solely your responsibility. It is your responsibility to make the changes that support your healing.

Accuracy

​

You understand that any information provided in the session may be inaccurate and that it is your responsibility to follow your inner knowing above everything else. Another human can never know you and your journey better than you do.

Declining a session

​

You understand that I may elect NOT to proceed with the session if I feel it is not in my or your best interest to do so. I have the right to decline a session at any given moment if our connection feels out of alignment. I am NOT liable for any costs or inconvenience associated with declining a session.

 

Recordings

​

The session will be digitally recorded for your later use. However, if for whatever reason I am unable to provide you the recording, I do not own you any refunds or replacement for it. Sometimes the metaphysical energy in the room can affect the equipment and recording resulting in static or blank recordings. I trust that it is always for a reason when this happens.

​

Normally I send you the recording within a few days from our session. You have 7 days to download the file to your device. I send the file through Google Drive and I'll not hold onto it longer than that. It is your responsibility to make sure you have saved the recording to your device.

​

Pre-recorded reading

​

If you have booked a reading and you prefer a pre-recorded reading instead of a Zoom call, please let me know it upon booking or at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. Please note that the pre-recorded reading relies solely upon my intuition as I am not interacting with you nor receiving your direct feedback.

 

Confidentiality

​

Your name and personal information will be kept completely confidential. 

​

If I feel that the session has universal information that can benefit all of humanity, I may ask for your permission to share the recording online. I may share excerpts of the session in written form for example in blogs or books, but always anonymously (unless agreed otherwise).

​

Non-liability

​

You agree to fully release me and hold me harmless from and against any and all claims or liability of any nature arising out of, or in connection with, your sessions.
