frequently asked questions

handling & shipping time

The standard handling time is five workdays. Sometimes, orders go out even sooner than this. The shipping time is not included in the handling time.

The shipping times given are only estimates. Spiritbird Store is shipping from Finland. You can expect a quick delivery to addresses in Finland, two to three weeks to other countries in Europe, and up to a month or a bit more to the rest of the world.

 

Spiritbird Store is not responsible for the time it takes to ship the package to your country; this is up to the postal service and varies from country to country. Sometimes, packages may be delayed in customs, for holidays, or for other unforeseen circumstances.

exchanges & returns

If you need to return the deck, the product has to be shipped back to us in the exact condition you received it, unused and in its original sealed packaging. The shipping costs will not be refunded. After receiving the product, you have 14 days to inform us that you are returning the item and to send it back. In case you don’t do this within 14 days of receiving the product, no refund will be issued.

Every deck goes through a careful quality check by the manufacturer, but if you somehow receive a damaged product or notice serious issues with your item, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Tiny imperfections are bound to happen when producing big bulk orders, so please be understanding.

taxes, VAT & customs

Spiritbird Store ships from Finland, so you won’t need to pay any customs fees within the European Union. In other countries, taxes and customs fees may apply according to the policies of the country or state. As a buyer, you are responsible for all customs fees and import taxes that might apply. 

shipping

We ship everywhere in the world. The shipping fee is included in the price. The shipping fee includes tracking of the package. You will receive the tracking code once the package has been shipped, however, it might take a few days until it starts updating.

sessions

Sessions can be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

 

Within the last 24 hours, rescheduling or cancellations are not possible. If you do not show up for your session, there will be no refund or replacement.

 

If I need to reschedule for any reason, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer a new date and time.

custom orders

Once an order is placed, I may begin working on it immediately. Because these creations are unique, custom, and energetically attuned to you, no cancellations or refunds are possible after the order has been placed.

 

If there are any unforeseen delays, I will communicate with you directly to update you on the progress.

can I become a retailer?

Yes! Send us a message telling who you are, introducing your shop, and why you feel drawn to our products and would like to become a retailer! 💗 It is important that your shop feels like a right energetic match to our creations.
